TERM 3 YOUTH REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

We are a growing sport and we want to encourage more players to play and sign up for our leagues and sessions - both for Youth and for Adults. We are introducing a Referral Program to help encourage our current players to help us find new players.

How It Works

If you (or your children) are currently registered for a league or session and you sign up for the next league or session, you can refer a friend to any of our leagues or sessions. If that person signs up for the whole session and pays, then you will get 50% off for that session.

You can stack this discount if you refer multiple people - if you refer two new players to sign up and pay for a full session, you will get a free session or league. If you are a parent with multiple children, you can get credit for more than two new people.

To take advantage of this deal, the person you are referring needs to share your name on their registration (or if they are coming to a drop in, they need to fill out the Drop In Check In). This needs to be on their FIRST time if it is a drop in session.

Clarifications and Definitions

1) A New Player must be a player who has not played in any Dodgeball For All league or session in the past 12 months (from the start of the league they register for). This includes drop in sessions. If you refer a new player to drop in sessions and they then sign up for a league or session than the referring player may get credit if the new player informs Dodgeball For All (via our email, social media or Drop In Check In) that they have been referred and by whom. Please note this only refers to Dodgeball For All events.

2) A Session means a full adult league (usually 10 weeks) or a full term of Youth Dodgeball. This does not include any tournaments or Drop In Sessions.

3) A Referring Player (or Parent) must have been registered in a session beforehand and the upcoming session. You do not need to be at the same venue as the player you are referring, however. To be considered registered you must have filled out a registration form and paid the fees in full.

4) A New Player may only count towards one Referring Player, but all sessions a New Player participates in the same time frame will count towards the discount.

5) The 50% discount you receive will be 50% of the amount that the New Player pays for the league or session.

6) You can get up to 100% of the fees you pay in a given session/timeframe. For example, if you play in two leagues at two different venues that start and finish roughly at the same time (within a few weeks), you can save up to the total of the cost of the two leagues - if you refer enough players to get that discount. This goes for Adults and Youth.

7) This program began 28th May 2025. New Players must sign up on or after this date to be eligible.

8) For the purposes of siblings of current players, they will be eligible to receive a discount of 25% for their first session. We are happy to discuss further discounts if a sibling continues for a family that has multiple children enrolled. Parents need to contact us in advance of the first session. For the purposes of this program, a sibling will be considered as any children who live in the same household for at least one day per week.

9) For the purposes of the School Holiday Program, any player who has previously participated in a School Holiday Program is eligible to be a New Player for any future Termly sessions. Furthermore, if players refer a New Player to a School Holiday Program (as per all the other Clarifications and Definitions) they will receive a discount of 25% of what the referred player pays for the School Holiday Program.

10) Dodgeball For All reserves the right to refuse this discount if any unforeseen loopholes are discovered. The purpose of this policy is to get new, regular, players in our leagues and sessions. If you help us do that, we will make it cheaper for you to play with us.
