2026 SUMMER RUSH REGISTRATION IS OPEN! | Tournament is 14 February 2026!
Adult (and Teen) leagues are designed to offer teens and adults the chance to be active and be part of a sporting community. We have a range of leagues that cater to beginners all the way up to players who want to play internationally. All of our leagues will feature, at least in part, typical competitive dodgeball rules, but all skill levels are welcome - even if you're a beginner we'll show you the ropes.
These are the leagues that we either have on offer at the moment or plan on offering in the future. Anyone 12 and older is welcome to join us, as long as they are comfortable playing against adults.
Just come along when you choose. This is a chance to learn to play Dodgeball and get to know a lot of people. We will play various games to have fun and teach new people the rules. These will run between seasons of other leagues.

Where: Pakuranga Leisure Centre (Mondays), The Y Sir William Jordan Recreation Centre (Wednesdays), Te Atatū Peninsula Community Hub (Sundays)
Cost: $10 per session (Mon/Wed) | $5 per session (Sun) | Discounts for coming to multiple sessions

Want to improve your dodgeball skills and strategy? We will occasionally be running training sessions for you to learn some new skills and drills you can do. Sometimes these will be court based, and other times they will be fitness based.
Throwbots will be running training sessions with us in 2026 on the following days:
Mondays | Sunnyhills School | 7:30-9:00pm
Thursdays | Te Atatū South Community Centre | 8:00-9:00pm
Sundays | Te Atatū Peninsula Community Hub | 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
Please contact Dodgeball For All or Throwbots to confirm that trainings are on for any given day. We welcome new members though please discuss with us if you have never played dodgeball before.
You enter a full team (6-9 players) into this league and play a round robin against every other team. We will then have playoffs to determine a league champion.
When: 2026
Where: Sunnyhills School & Te Atatū Peninsula Community Hub
Cost: $360 per team for the year
Want to learn how to be a referee? We will teach you the rules in a fun and interactive way. This may lead to paid employment with Dodgeball For All as a referee of our leagues, or it may allow you to run your own tournaments.
Want to learn how to coach Dodgeball? We want to grow the coaching capacity for Dodgeball in Auckland and New Zealand. Perhaps you are a teacher, a parent or an athlete looking to make the jump, we're here to support you. We'll teach you what a typical dodgeball session could look like at various ages, including skills to practice, drills to run and strategy points to discuss.
TBD - we will book sessions as we identify interested individuals
