Tyke Dodgeball Sessions are designed to get younger children moving and active in a fun way. We will be working with our players to develop gross and fine motor skills, hand eye coordination and start building the foundation to learn dodgeball skills. Our sessions will include the following:
A quick on fun warm-up
Learning different movement skills
Learning the basics of how to throw, catch, block and dodge
A fun game
Children do not need to have any experience with dodgeball or other organised sports. We're here to develop their physical literacy so that they can be happy, healthy and active.
The sessions are given 30 minutes, but we may run up to 5-10 minutes longer.
